Good School

Affordable International School

Background

Established in 2015, Good School is a fast-growing K12 education and enrichment course provider focussed on making high quality learning more accessible. Courses provided by Good School include Cambridge Primary and Secondary Syllabus, English enrichment course, IGCSE tuition, robotics and after-school care. To support their rapid growth, Good School needed a location that would provide not just support to their existing growth trajectory but further increase their addressable market. This would then need to be coupled with space that would provide a flexible balance to scale with gradual CAPEX investments.

Solution

The solution was an innovative business structure arrangement between Good School and the landlord, Gamuda Land which paved the way for Good School to bring an affordable international school to the community of TwentyFive7 and its surrounds with a state of the art campus located a top Quayside Tower @ Quayside Mall. The school will provide primary and secondary education in addition to after school programs.

Facilities at Good School will comprise of fully equipped science and computer labs in addition to a state of the art robotics lab to complement our rooftop facilities including a basketball court and outdoor play area. In addition, students will receive a full-fledged campus style learning experience with additional facilities within walking distance of the campus such as Football Hub @ TwentyFive7 and QuayHall.

Affordable International School

Background

A reputable developer within the Klang Valley was looking for a solution to increase the desirability of an already mature township. The intention was to then find a way to improve the tenant mix in the area as well as attract buyers to newer developments. Additionally, the developer had accumulated some long disused buildings within the township that was detracting from the overall streetscape.

Solution

The solution was to identify an affordable international school to meet demands of an increasingly younger professional demographic as a means to improve the desirability of the area.

To support this, RE Solutions identified an affordable school operator in addition to selecting an unused building to be converted into an international school.

RE Solutions assisted in the overall design and business advisory to ensure the operator was able to expand to the area. This included the overall design to repurpose an unused Sports Complex into an international school in addition to assistance to obtain the necessary regulatory clearances.

Big Data Analytics

Background

A large publicly listed real estate developer in Malaysia was looking to develop a way to increase the lifetime value of a customer via repeat sales.

Solution

The RE Solutions team worked closely with the developer's IT team to identify all available data points across 7 different systems ranging from Property Sales to Facilities Booking to develop a comprehensive psychometric view of their customers.

These deep insights provided not just a deeper understanding of their customers preferences but provided clues towards developing predicitve tools that would greatly improve the customer experience.

Background

The client is a fast growing retail chain of semi automated self serve laundrettes with over 90 outlets throughout the Klang Valley alone. Key to their growth has been their meticulous attention to site selection. This not only comprised identifying Competitive rents within strategic locations but also a detailed analysis of the local market demographic, traffic patterns, footfall trends and competitor analysis.

Solution

To assist in their aggressive expansion, RE Solutions alongside Geomapic set up a robust data monitoring framework to enable the client to make a more informed decision quicker.

To excecute, RE Solutions then worked closely with local real estate negotiators and agents to identify suitable sites for closing.

Branding and Marketing

Background

The Project is an iconic landmark to be redeveloped and re gentrified within an established locality on the fringe of Kuala Lumpur.

For this development, the Group sought to return the iconic landmark to being the focal point of the area as it had previously been. To achieve this, the Group envisaged a retail and commercial hub that paid homage to its community roots but at the same time looking ahead to a newer more sophisticated and sustainably aware generation.

Solution
